Queen Letizia of Spain recycles a Hugo Boss dress as she attends meeting in Madrid

Queen Letizia of Spain was perfectly polished as she attended a meeting in Madrid today.

The Spanish queen, 46, joined husband King Felipe VI, 51, for the meeting of the board of trustees of the Princess of Asturias Foundation.

The Foundation takes its name from the title of their eldest daughter, Leonor, 13, who is officially known as Princess of Asturias.

Letizia plumped for a favourite teal Hugo Boss dress for the engagement this afternoon.

The mini length sleeveless number was made with a built-in belt of the same colour and pocket.

She paired the dress with nude heels from Magrit and a bag of the same colour. Her sleek hair fell in beautiful locks on her shoulders.

Makeup-wise, Letizia sported her usual smokey eye, mascara and a discrete shade of pink on her lips.

The royal couple looked in good spirits as they met with board of trustees who greeted them with warm hand-shake.

They first formally greeted the trustees in the lobby of El Pardo before moving on to a meeting room where they all sat and discussed the Foundation’s future.

Letizia looked particularly animated as they exited the conference room at the end of the meeting.

The Foundation is a non-profit private institution who aims to promote essential aims are to contribute to extolling and promoting scientific, cultural and humanistic values.

As its name would suggests, it is located in the principality of Austerias, in the  Northwest of Spain.

The Princess of Asturias Foundation is named after whoever holds the title.

Before he assume the throne in 2015, Felipe was the foundation’s patron, which was then named the ‘Prince of Asturias Foundation.’

It is now named ‘princess,’ as his daughter Princess Leonor, 13, has become its new patron. In due time, Leonor will be the one attending the board of trustees meetings.

However, as she is currently too young to do so, Felipe VI and Letizia are the ones honouring this engagement.

Each October, the foundation holds an award ceremony that rewards academic talent in Oviedo, capital of the Principality of Asturias.
