In this video, I get straight to the point, no music and no frills because:
I am so proud to announce I have officially reached waist length after 4 years of being natural!!!
Circumstances I believe contributed to it’s length:
-Eating less processed foods, increasing intake of raw vegetables, drinking more water, drinking green smoothies/juices, decreasing intake of animal products, eating more healthy fats, Bee Pollen
-Exercising- I am so hyper!
-Low maintenance styles, low hair manipulation
-Staying consistent with the hair products that work for my hair and curbing ‘product junkyism’
Circumstances I don’t believe contributed to hair growth:
-Strictly genetics: I am the only one in my family with waist length hair. I do believe genetics play a role in everything about you, but I don’t believe it’s solely responsible for hair growth
-Vitamins- Many vitamins (prescribed and non-prescribed) are not as concentrated as they initially appear. For example, just because the label says ‘1,250mg of calcium’ doesn’t mean you will get that amount. Read this:
